Instructions
The
following instructions will assist you in upgrading
your Zyxel Prestige 642R ADSL Router to firmware
version 2.50(AJ7)M0. Please verify that you
have a Zyxel 642R by looking on the bottom of
your device. The model number will read “PT-642R”.
Do not proceed with this installation if you
do not have the proper device.
Windows
Users
Download the firmware file for the Zyxel 642R
ADSL router. Be sure to note the “filename”
and “save” location. Simply double
click on this file from the location you saved
it and follow the instructions on the screen.
If you have any trouble applying the upgrade,
please call your appropriate customer care center
for assistance.
