for the InterMind Internet Referral Program

Thank you for your interest in the
InterMind Internet Referral Program. Below
is a detailed explanation of the rules governing
this program. If you have any questions, please
e-mail them to support@intermind.net.
For
the sake of convenience, in the rules below
the term 'referring member' will be used to
describe a current InterMind member who signs
up a new member. Those signing up for the
first time will be called 'new members.'
Official
Rules:
- New
customers cannot be current or former customers
of any InterMind service.
- New
customers must have your referral id (e-mail
address ) at the time of sign up.
- The
new customer must enter the referring member's
InterMind e-mail address in the box designated
for referrals during the sign-up process.
All information gathered will be used only
in accordance with InterMind's privacy policy.
Sign-up must take place online (rather than
by telephone with a customer service representative).
In order for the referring member to be
eligible for the cash payment or credit,

discretion of InterMind Online Services.
InterMind may change its pricing plans at
any time. InterMind reserves the right to
cancel referral program at any time.
- If
the new customer signs up for internet access
and remains with InterMind for a period
of 90 consecutive days, the referring member
will receive via US Mail a check or credit
to there account for the amount specified
at http://www.intermind.net/referral.html.
Please allow two to four weeks for delivery
of the check after the new customer has
completed 90 consecutive days with InterMind's
service. The check will be mailed to the
address specified in the referring Member's
Profile.
- The
new member's account must be current (that
is, there must be no balance past due) in
order for InterMind to pay or credit the
referring member.
- Members
will not receive payment for referring themselves
to InterMind Web.
- Please
report any problems or questions to support@intermind.net.
Customer service representatives cannot
answer questions regarding referrals by
telephone.
- InterMind
Corporation maintains the right to determine,
in its sole discretion, whether a referral
is fraudulent, and to withhold referral
payments in such case.
- InterMind
may, in its sole discretion, discontinue
or alter any aspect of the InterMind Internet
Referral Program at any time, without notice,
and without liability. Visit these rules
