The
following Instructions are for setting up a Windows
9x for Internet access. If you have any trouble
with setup, please call (702) 792.5100.
- Click
the Start button on your Taskbar then
'Run
' type in 'inetwiz' press enter/return
on your keyboard to start the internet connection
wizard.

Select
the 'Connect using my phone line' radio
button, Then click the 'next' button.

Enter
870-7771 for 56k V.90 Modems. Enter 822-1515 for
33.6k Modems. Also uncheck 'Dial using the
area code
', Click the 'advanced'
button.

Make
sure that 'PPP' radio button is selected.
Select the 'None' radio button. Then click
on the 'Addresses' tab.

Select
the 'Internet service provider automatically
provides one' radio button and 'Always
use the following' for the Primary DNS server
enter 199.3.230.2 and for the 'Alternate DNS server'
enter 199.3.230.3 Click on the 'OK' button.

Enter
your user ID and password, make sure it is all
lower case characters. Then click the 'Next'
button.

Enter
' Intermind' for the connection name. Then
click the 'Next' button.

Select
the radio button 'Yes'. Then click the
' Next' Button.

Select
the radio button 'Create a new Internet mail
account', then click the 'Next'
Button.

Enter
in the name that you want to appear in the From
field when you send an
E-mail in the 'Display name' box. Then
click the 'Next' button.

Enter
in your 'E-mail address' in the box (i.e. username@intermind.net),
click the 'Next' button.

The
pull down menu for 'My incoming mail server
is a
' should be selected as 'POP3'
server. Enter 'mail.termind.net' for both
incoming mail and outgoing mail server. Click
the 'Next' button.

Type
the user ID and password for your InterMind account,
making sure that it is all lowercase characters.
You may check the box 'Remember password'
box if you want the computer to remember your
password. Dont check the box 'Log on using
Secure Password
' Then click the 'Next'
button.

Select
the 'Finish' button. Start the Internet
Explorer program and you're ready to go!
Start
Netscape, Internet Explorer or internet program,
and start surfing the web.
